If you are not able to use the secure server, you must use the standard
server to complete the join application.
If you are using Netscape Navigator 3.x, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x, or Mac IE 4.x,
there are
instructions on Thawte's web site for updating your browser
to the same security level as that supported by 4.0 generation browsers. This should allow
you to use the secure server while completing the application.
